I really enjoy it.” “Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. “[My trainer’s] the one who’s forcing me to try pull-ups, so every couple of days we’ll try to do more,” she revealed to People when asked about her favorite workouts “But I also like group fitness. I think that’s a way you can see your friends and break a sweat but still have a good time. I do things like Soul Cycle and Training Mate. I love to hike.”
Lucy is an almost-vegetarian. “I mainly follow a pescatarian diet,” she told People. “I don’t even like to say diet, just a pescatarian lifestyle. I don’t do dairy and I try to cut back on processed stuff. I typically like to prepare all my food so I know what I’m getting.”
Lucy allows herself to eat what she wants. “I love going out to eat. I’m not going to say no to French fries or pasta if it’s there. I just try to eat in moderation,” she told People.
What is Lucy’s favorite meal? “I think about breakfast all the time,” Lucy revealed to Harper’s Bazaar. “I like all the meals, but I think breakfast is definitely my favorite.
