Influencer and Love Island star Molly Smith is no stranger to posting revealing photos on social media. She just shared a new set of bathing suit shots on Instagram. In it, Smith posed in a turquoise bikini. She captioned the post, “Not ready for summer to be over.” How does she stay so fit? Smith has been subjected to body-shamers. However, she isn’t afraid to call them out. She did so in the caption of this Instagram post. “Telling someone they’re too skinny isn’t ok,” she wrote. “No one knows the background of that person.

Smith revealed some of her wellness secrets in the same Instagram post. She says that she works with a personal trainer to help her stay in shape. “I work hard at the gym and enjoy my workouts and PT’s with @zakmason__ (even though I annoy him) and I’m so appreciative of how hard he pushes me and helps me.”


In addition to having a personal trainer, Smith also has help with her nutrition. She revealed in her Instagram post that she works with a nutritionist. “Also @francisdiet has helped me to understand food and maintain a healthier lifestyle,” she wrote. “I’ve actually never eaten so much.”

In the same Instagram post, Smith added videos of herself working out. In them, she is seen doing a lot of leg workouts and weight training. Smith is seen doing kettlebell squats, lunges with a weight, and squats with a dumbbell. Weight training helps with building muscle and strength. 

Smith travels all over the world. She posts a lot of photos of herself spending time at the beach or at the pool. One thing she naturally likes to do is go swimming. She posted these photos of herself at a pool in Greece.
