Goal setting comes in handy for everything from career and relationships to fitness. “I’m a Virgo—I write a breakdown of my goals in month-by-month and three-year-long terms,” Rachel revealed during an interview with W.
Rachel clearly hits the gym to stay in shape. “I live and die 4 fitness,” she captioned this Instagram post of herself after a workout. She also loves hiking and has shared photos of herself out in nature with pals.
Rachel explained to W that despite how busy her career has gotten, maintaining balance in her life is crucial. “I found a little bit more of a balance in terms finding a routine,” she said. “Now I feel more in control of dating and balancing work. I’m a little bit better about listening to my inner wants.”
Rachel prioritizes her mental health and practices dialectical behavior therapy. “What’s interesting is that I always have anxiety about things, [and] I’ve been working on DBT,” she revealed to Elle. “The things that I get anxious about are not based in reality. Pre-pandemic, I go to drinks with my friends, we have a great time [and] it’s my best friends who love me. The next day, I wake up, and I [panic that I] said something wrong, everything’s falling apart, and everyone hates me.”
