Eating healthy doesn’t have to mean missing out on yummy food, according to Sumner. She makes herself nutritious and low calorie meals that actually taste good. In one of her Instagram Stories she shows off her breakfast, protein pancakes topped with strawberries. “Confused how it’s healthy & this good,” she captioned the post. For lunch she might eat grilled chicken with cauliflower rice and guacamole, quinoa, and black beans. And for dinner, a check caesar sald with couscous.
In one of her Instagram Stories, Sumner reveals that she takes shots…turmeric, lemon, and ginger shots. “Been taking daily bc I feel like (poop emoji) but usually a few times a week to help my skin bc I swear ginger is a big reason my skin cleared,” she wrote.
Sumner prioritizes fitness. One way she makes sure to get her sweat on is by squeezing in a workout first thing in the morning. “Starting this long a$$ day at the gym,” she captioned one of her Instagram Stories.
In one of her Instagram Stories Sumner reveals three rules that she follows when it comes to her diet. “I don’t count my calories,” she revealed. “I try to incorporate as much protein as I can.” Also, she allows herself to indulge. “I don’t completely restrict myself, I just try to eat on the healthy side,” she added.
According to Sumner, if she does too much ab work her waist looks bigger. In one before and after she revealed that she used to do ab work four times a week, but now that she only does it once, her waist looks “smaller by quite a bit.”
Sumner makes sure to do feel-good activities. “Been stretching after workouts with incense lit then writing my goals & gratitudes after,” she revealed in one of her Instagram Stories. “Can’t stress enough how much anxiety it relieves,” she added.
