A man in Texas has been accused of having sex with vegetables. Charles Robert Ransier, 56, is now serving a life sentence – but not for having sex with veggies, but for drug possession and tampering with evidence. A Texas state trooper found Ransier laying in the bed of his truck wearing girl’s swimsuit.
There was melted candle wax, and some lubricant on the truck’s dashboard – Ransier had melted candle wax on his chest. The officer asked if he could search the truck and Ransier tried to destroy a syringe he was holding – the officer told him to stop, but Ransier refused.
The officer was able to put handcuffs on Ransier, and the syringe was later found to contain methamphetamine. What the officer found when he searched Ransier’s truck included Barbie dolls, balloons, baby oil, candy, male enhancement pill, duct tape, a cooler full of cucumbers, and rope.
Ransier had been arrested before – and convicted nine times for felonies, some of which involved sexual acts and vegetables. Back in 1995, Ransier was sentenced to 15 years in prison after he hit and killed Arizona state trooper, Sgt. Mark Dyer with his car.
At the time, Ransier was under the influence of methamphetamine and Dyer was on the side of the road after having pulled over a different vehicle.
The jury in this most recent case only needed 30 minutes to find Ransier guilty, and he will be behind bars for the rest of his life.
