Leaving your baby with anyone can make any parent nervous. Will they keep a close eye on your little one? Will they keep them as protected as you would? So many questions race through your mind before ultimately handing them over to a babysitter, nanny, friend or family member!
That’s exactly how Claudia Sorhaindo felt when she ran out of the house for a few minutes and left her niece J’Ann with her baby girl, Ava.
Claudia only planned on being out for a short period of time – but each moment away from Ava was like a dagger in her heart! She couldn’t shake the feeling that something was bound to go wrong.
Then, the worried mother’s phone rang. It was a picture from J’Ann that shocked her to her core….
Claudia shared the photo J’Ann sent and the reason behind it on her Facebook page:
“So I had to run out the house for a quick minute, so I asked my niece to babysit Baby Ava. A few minutes later I received a text saying that J’Ann wanted to make a sandwich but didn’t want to let baby Ava out of her sight….
Lord send help, this was her solution. Like really?!
Creativity at its finest!”
Listening to her aunt’s directions to not let Ava out of her sight carefully, J’Ann placed the baby girl inside of her track pants! The pants created a MacGyver-like baby holder and Ava literally never left J’Ann’s side (well, her front).
Claudia couldn’t help but crack up when she opened the image. It was clear J’Ann was taking her babysitting duties with unwavering seriousness!
