Jess Wolfe, God Bless her, is a mother of four and was out grocery shopping with all of her children recently when a stranger interrupted her to ask if she had a phone that took pictures.
Jess was a little annoyed, but she handed the woman her phone. The woman took a picture of Jess and her children standing there in the grocery store!
The woman explained that she wished she had some pictures of herself and her children doing ‘everyday’ things. The woman told Jess that she knew that going grocery shopping with children is challenging, and said what Jess does matters.
Jess went home and shared the story on Facebook. Within just eight days the photo had been shared 26,000 times and had over 157,000 reactions. Why?
Because it is real and it shows what a real family looks like! Moms and dads all around the world struggle every day to raise their children the right way.
Once your children are grown up and move on, you will miss the simple things that made life sweet. Jess said she will cherish the picture and the message that goes with it!
So, the next time you are at the grocery store and hear children misbehave, realize that their parent isn’t trying to make your life miserable, they are trying their best!
